dude go for xfx 650i ultra because,it supports Core 2 Extreme (dual and quad core), Core 2 Duo, Core 2 Quad,Pentium 4, Pentium D 9XX, Pentium D 8XX

my suggestion is to try this :

core 2 e6600 processor
2gb corsair ram ddr800
8800gts 320mb
xfx nforce 650i ultra

case (cooler master elite 330 with >430w psu or thermaltake soprano with 430w psu)

dude be careful on powersupply unit(psu) above go with something with abit more juice just to be safe and stable,if the rails are high enough (and the connetors are 2.2 compliant) then you may be fine

I'd suggest u to go for the xfx one u mentioned if u gotta choose between those 2.else get an asus.i don't say xfx isn't good but i'd prefer asus .

Get the Biostar P35...P35 chipset is far better than 650i...
