Default IBALL Pendulum mp3player stops responding !

I have Iball Pendulum mp3player from last 6months. All was well until i recently found that it is not starting. When i reenter battery, and even added new battery, the lcd displayed just "starting" and nothing is happening afterwards. In order to stop that "starting" thing i have to remove the batteries. What could be the problem ??

Is it repairable ?
