Default Problem with USB pen drive

Today while I trying to setup Win Xp to a system, during that process setup shows me partition of the hard drive, where it also shows the free space of USB Pen drive which was erroneously connected and I forgot the same. I think the free space of usb pen drive is of hard drive and I deleted that drive. After the mistake I realised that I have actuallay deleted the usb pen drive's partition.
Now when I insert the the pen drive the system recognised it as a removable Drive in MY Computer Folder. When I double click it to open the drive it shows msg as "Please insert a disk in drive M:"

2. If I right clik in My computer>manage>Disk management is shows Disk 1(Removabale m: no media). If I right click it shows the option a) change drive letter and path b)eject c)properties d) help.

Please Note :
USB config
Apacer USB 2.0 Flash Drive 1 GB( www.apacer.com)
(Handy steno AH320 Compressor)

Pretty Weird, Atleast there should be a 'Unallocated Space'.
Did you try using Symantec Partition Magic?

Did Apacer give any softwares with the Pen Drive?

http://india.apacer.com/in/support/downloads.asp -> Go There, Select your Product and download the LFormat/Repair Tool

I have downloaded the repair utility from ://india.apacer.com/in/support/downloads.asp . But the exact product type did not work. I have downloaded 3 utility from their site. Finally One of the repair Utility passed. Now My Pen drive is working.
