Default 4GB transcend ram giving BSOD

Vista ultimate giving BSOD on adding another 2GB ram discussed here Vista ultimate BSOD crashing on 4GB ram

Transcend ram may not be same

Old ram reads- JM388Q643A-8 (part number)

New ram reads- JM800QLJ-1G (part number)

so do you think this can be the issue, I am not sure if these number do indicate some difference in the ram.

Specification mentioned on the box seems same
1GB
240P DDR2 DIMM (128M x 64)
(64M x 8 DDR@ 800 5-5-5)

Can anyone experienced answer this ram query? Are the above mentioned ram different bcoz they have different part no. the specification is same though.

No need to create new thread, visit the old thread only to view the answers... and i have also posted there.. so take a look

and your issue is not because of the RAm part number or anything..
