Their laptops were featured in the recent CHIP laptop shootout. Their laptop pricing were very competitive. If I remember correctly, a particular laptop model of the same brand came pre-installed with Mac OS X Tiger on a Core 2 Duo setup.

But conisdering it's a small brand with not much of a presence, what service can you expect in case something goes wrong? Probably, just basic hardware support. Forget component replacement if you get a major hardware issue in their laptops.

Apparently, that was the case. CHIP reviewers had a special mention of it besides in the specs table, so can't be a mistake. Anyone has that issue of CHIP?
