new PC within 15k

hi guys there is a friend of mine who wants to but a new PC... his budget is as less it can be and willing to spend 12k... but he needs a decent machine where he can plan some games as well... i suggested him a MOBO with onboard AGP of 128.... but i am away from market these days so need suggestion from experts. I am from Kolkata and if someone from Kolkata can tell me the price as well.. i will be very grateful..
