Question Viewsonic VX 1932wm

Hi guys,

just brought a Viewsonic VX 1932wm , its great, has good features, but there is one problem that i am facing

the native resolution is 1400x900, when i change to this resolution, the picture is slightly out of the monitors screen, when i move towards that end, the screen scrolls itself automatically to show that portion, but the other side of the picture gets out of range...

what do i do to adjust it??

u can try another alternate way
go to device manager then click that monitor tab
above click action menu-then scan for hardware changes
and the voila, there shud be that plug and play hardware installation box thingee just install ur monitor and u shud get ur native resolution

it must be 1440*900 dude.Or just change the resolution manually to 1440*900 and see if it works.

But I haven't seen a resolution like 1400*900.Its either 1280*1024 or 1440*900.
HE can try lower resolutions like 1280*1024 or try reinstalling his graphic drivers.

yes i am using a geforce 6600, wat the nvidia driver does is that - it sets the resolution to 1440*1050 and thus leading to that inch of extra space!
