just brought a Viewsonic VX 1932wm , its great, has good features, but there is one problem that i am facing
the native resolution is 1400x900, when i change to this resolution, the picture is slightly out of the monitors screen, when i move towards that end, the screen scrolls itself automatically to show that portion, but the other side of the picture gets out of range...
what do i do to adjust it??

plz do check the refresh rate.
u can try another alternate way
go to device manager then click that monitor tab
above click action menu-then scan for hardware changes
and the voila, there shud be that plug and play hardware installation box thingee just install ur monitor and u shud get ur native resolution

But I haven't seen a resolution like 1400*900.Its either 1280*1024 or 1440*900.
HE can try lower resolutions like 1280*1024 or try reinstalling his graphic drivers.

Dude sai_cool, adjust the height and width of you monitor. though I havent used tweaked with LCD's yet , but I beleive there will be such a setting as in every other monitor.
@sai_cool hav u connected ur monitor thru d-sub?then u need to adjust the image thru 'manual Image Adjust' in the monitor menu..
if u can connect ur monitor thru dvi.it'll solve ur prob.
