Wifi Router with Cable & DSL Internet Gateway functionality

Hi All,

Has been long since I posted in this forum.

Ok my query is, I need a WiFi Broadband Gateway Router which should be compatible with both Cable & DSL technologies.

Currently I am using Hathway Cable Service where I use Motorala Surfboard SB5100. I connect the Cable modem to PC through ethernet card and assign static IP to the ethernet card.

But in future I am thinking of going to DSL connection from Airtel or BSNL.

So I want the WiFi router to be compatible with both the technologies.

I tried a search here but couldn't find a solution.

So request you all to please give me a solution.

i don't think there is one available...actually wifi router with dsl modem are available... they have 2-4 lan ports as well...so u can plug ur existing cable modem to one of these ports.. this way ur pc can connect both thru cable as well as dsl..
