Exclamation SOME QUERIES...pls hlp


1:does intel 915 motherboard support ddr2 or ddr3?
2:is 256mb and 1gb in insyncronous mode gives better performance
or should i go for 1gb in only 1 slot!
3:i want to buy graphics card .... should i wait for dx10 compatibility or
should i buy an nvidia dx9

Check out intel's website.In my opinion it should have only ddr2 compatibility because ddr3 compatability is only available on very recent high end boards and it will take 1-2 years to become mainstream.

Explain your question.Anyways 1.25Gb RAM is always better than 1gb RAM.but 2x512 instead of 1gb ram will give you some performance boost.

depends upon your budget and requirement.And you need not wait for DX10 compatibility it's already out.

thanks guys for reply!

i am a new forum member.... i just wanted to ask
whether i should connect 256mb with 1gb or 512
will it be a bottle neck... or i should go for 1gb.
(i want to play carbon but my congfi is below par)
actually i wanted to upgrade n don't want to dump my 256mb
and wanted to shell out as min as possible!
