Comment on my final rig for a Budget PC

I have more or less decided on my final rig, I am likely to go to Lamington Rd this Friday/Saturday. So give your valuable opinions on the rig:

Scope: General purpose home entertainment, surfing, low-end/weekend gaming, Google-Talk with relatives
Budget: 25-30K

AMD Athlon X2 3800+ Rs.2,800/-
ASUS M2A-VM Rs.3,600/-
Seagate SATAII 160GB Rs.2,100/-
1GB Kingston 667MHz Rs.1,800/-
Lite-ON 20X-A1P Rs.1,600/-
Altech Lansing ATP3 Rs.2,400/-
Viewsonic VX922 or VX1932WM Rs.10,000/-
Logitech Keyboard+Optical Mouse Rs. 700/-
Logitech Go Web Cam Rs. 600/-
Cabinet+SMPS Rs.2,000/-

Total: Rs.27,600/-

After 6mths/1 yr. I will add 1GB RAM and mid-range graphics card like 8600GT/HD2600XT/which-ever is best within 6K at that time, to convert it to a intermediate gaming rig.

Also, I would like to know from you:

• Could you give me addresses/phone no.s of few shops at Lamington Rd. which are good in service and sells at reasonable rates?
• Keeping in mind my above rig + XFX8600GT, could you suggest a cabinet and an SMPS for it – will 400W Zebronics SMPS be sufficient? Budget is 2.5K. Cabinet should be good-looking too.
• Can anyone tell me about availability and price of Viewsonic VX922 and VX1932WM at Lamington Rd.?
• Also give fundas on Web Cam. Budget:upto 1.5K (if I need it). Purpose: Google Talk only.
