I'm gonna assemble a system ...My budget is 32k...Wud u guys plz help me in choosing the components...???

Shud i go for AMD or Intel..???I'm just a casual gamer who doesnt mind playing the games in res as low as 800*600 or 640*480..

Also if i go for lcds ..can i play games in low resolutions....and watch DVD Movies..???

I'm thonking abt AMD Athlon X2 4000+ and Asus M2a VM mobo..as the X1250 IGP is amazing....???Am i right.??

u can play almost all types of game, with above mentioned config at better resolutuion.

their is no prob if u use higher reso, nothings gonna burn in LCDs.
use it reluctantly.

In 32k U can get a decent c2d config..

U u dun want an LCD, then u can get a very gud config for 32k.

X2 4400+: 3.8k
M2N MX: 3k
2*1GB DDR2 667 transcent: 3.5
250GB sata2: 2.5k
abby + PSU : 1.2k
MS K/b and mouse: 0.8k
8600Gt :6.5k
17" flat : 5.5k or Viewsonic 19" LCD : 9k
Speaker ATP3: 2.5k

i think M2a VM mobo is more recent than M2n-MX(this mobo was released around 8-9 months back)

As 8600GT is an nvidia card, just to be sure get an nvidia board and maybe only then the BIOS based PCIE overclocking worxs better.
Had not used nvidia card on ATI mobo yet.
Perfomance wise both mobos are similar, but da X1250 beats 6100 but no use if hes goin for a card.

yep 6100 stands no near to x1250.
but M2N-MX mobo has problem with audio drivers, this bug was fixed in the second release which is M2N-MX SE mobo.

if ur buying Asus mobo then go for M2N-MX SE mobo instead for M2n-MX .

Thank u very much guys......^^^^^^Hey vish wats the prob with audio drivers in M2N MX..???.My frnd already bought one ,its not the SE verson..bt we didnt found ny probs with it........

he had some issues with installing audio drivers in linux.
