Default System Restarts After Showing Error in Blue Background

I get the folowing error in blue background sometimes while working or even installing new windows.

I'm using Windows XP Pro SP2

I have latest drivers too.

The Error:
"A Problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage.

DRIVER-IRQL-NOT-LESS-OR-EQUAL

If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer.
If this screen appears again, follow these steps.

Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows update you might need.

Technical Information:
***STOP: 0x000000 D1 .......
***U Sbuha.sys - address F77B8DE2 base at F77B7000

Begining dump of physical memory
Physical memory dump complete

Contact your system administrator or technical support group for further assistance."

What's the problem with my Laptop?

I found the problem & rectified it. It was my secondary RAM module who's lock was broken.

I'm using a Compaq nx6320 Laptop.

Thanks for your reply CHOTO CHEETA.

And have you gone through the 'BEAT THAT' section of digit last month?

I dont remember that !!! so is it some thing I need to know ??

comming back to your problem... seems to be driver issue... !!! if possible run a Microsoft Update to scan and make sure you have all the lastest update and then after that use this bellow links to install upto date drivers and BIOS...
