[urgent] Compaq or Acer ?

As said earlier.. this is really urgent.
which one to go for compaq v3425au or acer 4520 ?
compaq comes for abt 36.9k according to its site and acer 32.4k (saw in 2dayz news paper)
config wise i think both are same (acer comes wid 1gig ram + inbuilt webcam ,sans the os)
please suggest which one to go for and more importantly from where to get it (the best deal that i would get)?...
(any shop around c.r. avenue(kolkata) would be really helpful)

btw is the new gemstone design acer available in kolkata?/wat graphics|audio solution is the acer havin?
