motherboard blues

im plannin to buy an 8800gts 320mb, but my current motherboard's got an agp slot... my processor's a p4 2.8 ht... and i cant afford to upgrade my entire rig to a better processor and everythn... so im lookin for a new motherboard that'l support my processor, and have a pci-e slot for sure...
could anyone help me out with motherboard models and manufacturers etc? and i dont really need an board with sli support either...

btw....the 8800gtx 320mb has a texture memory problem....hope you are aware of it
