dvd writer prob

i recently bought a LG dvd writer. now i already have a lite-on combo drive. so now i've set the combo drive as master and dvd write as a slave. i'm getting a problem .........my combo drive is not getting dectected. And another thing too....when i right click on the dvd writer which is getting detected and select "eject" both my drives are ejecting. what do i do???

Problem solved guys. it was a jumper setting that i din't notice.

It seems to be a hardware problem.There should be a dump file created.U can view it for more info.U need microsoft's tool for opening the dump file which is freely available.Also what rated power supply do u have.

Edit:What the hell just happened.I posted in the thread "Blue screen while playing games" and it somehow got posted here.
