I ve tried once with xp on both pc and it worked coool
does ur both dongle are same and the drivers version are same?
i think installing same version driver may help u
generaly i see ivt driver can be replaced with widcom drivers, these dongles which are now in market all are chinese made and marketing with different names...
Try to install ivt driver... but 3.2 and 3.0 is paid version...
and u know how to get them
