Building New Rig, Advice Needed..

Im planning to get a new comp in a few weeks time (mostly 2 weeks or so). Planning on getting Intel Core 2 duo E6850. I was wondering which Mobo is better for E6850 .

Asus P5K DELUXE/WiFi-AP
Asus P5N32-E SLi
Nvidia Nforce 680i SLi

If there are any better boards availabe then please suggest.
My budget is optimum at 12.5K for the Mobo but for a good board i am willing to go upto 13.5K-14K or so . Also, if possible plz mention prices too .Im mostly going to get a XFX Geforce 8600 GTS(256 MB), so i was looking at boards supporting SLi. Is getting a SLi packed board really worth it??.Also i Dont require the WiFi at all, i dont think there is any non wifi P5K Deluxe .I was really Impressed with Asus P5N32-E SLi can someone plz tell me the latest price. Plz Plz Plz tell me what should i do..

Monitor : 19'' TFT Wide Screen (either Viewsonic or DELL)
Keyboard Mouse : General ones (low on cash )
Speakers : 5.1 (please suggest )
PC Case and Powersupply : Plz suggest

For PC case i was looking at Zebronics Rage...dunno if it will be cheap...

Plz help me out guys....

go for Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 or Intel E6750(best VFM)...quads work best with p33 than nVidia 680i and so get Asus P5K DELUXE....try to get 8800GTS...unless get 7900GS....8600 GTS is waste of money....
