Urgent! Please! Core2Duo Motherboard below Rs.5000

I'm urgently in need of a Core2Duo Motherboard as my previous one (ASUS P5LD2-VM) Died out. My requirements are the following

*At least 4 RAM slots
*PCI Express x16 support
*SATA support
*Inbuilt Ethernet port
*Good inbuilt soundcard

I would prefer ASUS most but all brands are welcome. Please suggest the best Core2 Motherboad for price below Rs.5000!

i know a asus motherboard but i dont remember the model number.It supports both DDR & DDR2 RAM.it comes in a bright red box in which at the left bottom corner "combo ddr1 &ddr2" is written .it retails for about 4.2k and is based on 945g chipset. Well it has only two ram slots .& its very unlikely that u will get a mobo with 4 ram slots below 5k.

i guess u cud try for the 650i ultra chipset board....im not very sure whtr it has the features u want but u m8 get it in the 5k range.

yup.. If u dont need onboard gfx get the xfx 650i ultra..

for onboard graphics go with intel g33 for 5k(no overclocking...)
