Default confused 4 the last sec!!!!

hey bros....

just arranging for the funds 2 upgrade my pc....

so finally decided 2 get.....

2x1gb ddr2 800mhz transcient
2x160gb sata2 seagate (raid 0)
galaxy 8600gt 256mb
zebronics bijli cab + umax 500w smps
thermalright ultra 90 cpu cooler.....

now confused in proccy+mobo...

whether 2 go in for

AMD 5600+ + ASUS M2N-E MOBO
or
INTEL E6750 C2D + XFX 650I ULTRA MOBO

just helpme out pals.....which 1 2 go for.......

both ceem 2 b good enough.......2 me......

last time pals...help needed.....

INTEL E6750 C2D + XFX 650I ULTRA MOBO will kill any AMD offfering....go for it without any doubt..

i have a 4.1 system.... so willi it b good enough 2 play my speakers...
with good quality...???

it has "8-Channel High Definition Audio"...so it will be more than enough for ur 4.1 system....
