Question How much can I buy this for?

I have received an offer to buy a Lenovo R60 Laptop. The specs are as follows :

Processor : T2300E (1.66GHz, Dual Core)

Memory : 512 MB*2

Hard Disk : 60 GB

Screen Size : 15" XGA

Optical : Combo

Enet : Gigabit

Wireless : 3945 a/b/g

Bluetooth : No

Operating System : Windows XP Home

Battery : 6 Cell

Need your advice on the configuration and the market price.

Getting it as an offer in office and any customization has to be done later and it is a new Laptop.

36k incl TAX Max i would say !!!! not much space to do any modification !!!

and is this the stuff u are talking about ?? http://reviews.cnet.com/laptops/leno...0.html?tag=txt

as they say some thing else as config... !!! if it is R60 then with ATi x1400 and 1 GB RAM and 100 GB HDD i would say market price over 36k + TAXs !!!

Wow... Good thing, I asked for some advice.
The price being quoted is 39k(incl. taxes) So, I think I can get better options outside.

Just that, since it is a Thinkpad, I have trust in the reliability.

Thanks for the reply Cheeta.
