got a new dvd writer Samsung Super WriteMaster 18x DVD Writer

i got a new dvd writer a couple of days back. here are the results of the drive test conducted on Nero 7. what do you say??

i feel the cpu consumption is a little high. is it supposed to be that high or is it something unusual??

nero 7 takes most of ur RAM ..........


try working on older verion 6.xxxx ....... they wont eatup ur RAM .......

i have 915 motherboard which has only 1 ide connection ( so i can connect only 2 device) is there any sata dvd writer

ya...SONY & ASUS sata drives are available....(300rs more than IDE)

i read some article regarding that , the only advantage is SATA cables look cool and PATA is past interface....there will not be much speed increase in SATA....as it costs only 300 more go with SATA....

samsung really s**ks in the firmware upgrade department.they release a new firmware after a very long interval of time.i got samsung dvd writer a year back but got no update till now.
