RAM confusion!915 motherbord wale urgent help neded!mein RAM lagao ya vapas kar do?

all users of 915 mother board help me.
i have bought a transcend 1 gb ddr.
i already have 3*256mb ram. i have 4 slots for ram and 1 is empty.
i have recently installed the 3rd 256mb ram it is of dynet company.
previously i had 2*256=512mb of ram it is of hynix.
now i get a beep sound when i start my comp.

also a error message came a few days ago while booting the pc, it said something about dual mode of ram.this is a picture of the error.

i want to know that is there some kind of rule or any thing for the 915 mobo's that ram should be installed in pairs.
like 2*256=512 or 2*512=1gb etc.

because i have installed the 3rd ram and the system is taking long time to boot and give beep at starting and also gave the error message above.

now i have brought a 1gb transcend ddr ram. and right now it is sealed pack so if there is any dual mode rule then i can still return it to the dealer because he wont take it back after it is opened.

so pls tell me if it is ok to install 3*256mb ram and 1*1gb ram together in the 4 slots of my mobo.

and i shall tell you that all 4 rams i have are of 400mhz.so there is no mismatch of frequency. well i am sure about the 2 hynix 256mb rams and the 1gb transcend ram.but i am not sure of the dynet one although it says 400 mhz on the sticker.

its not only abt ram frequency but also CAS latency .....use CPU z ...put two working ram with which u can boot ur PC without any beeps .... and note down latency and post.....

i removed the dynet 256 mb ram and when i started the comp gave the message that
memory size reduced or somthing like that and it did not beep at starting.

it also gave the message that
Intel recommends the use of a 2x12 or a 2x10 power connector in conjunction with the 1x4 alternate power connector

the other two slots i.e Slot#2 and Slot#4 are shown empty.

the transcend ram's sticker says "1G DDR400 DIMM 3-3-3"

what latency dynet is showing???

i guess u can use transcend 1gb with hynix....will not/should not give any problem....

one of my gigabyte mobo dead after trying two different freq ddr rams.or service guy says so

this is the DYNET ram in CPU-Z. for this i removed both the other hynix rams and installed only the DYNET ram.
