Default System Hangs at night!!1


pals...
i recently purchased a new sys....
3800+ x2
2x1gb ddrII - 667
asus m2n-mx
160gb x2 hdd

vista ultimate...

my system runs....from morning 10am till next day morning 7am. continuous...

but after my new system is been installed....and functioning....

my employes r complaining abt,,system starts hanging at night after 12 or 1.... y so?????

the system starts hanging,,,responds slowly.... and network slows down????

help needed urgent...

This has to something with heat. INcrease the airflow in the cabinet. REduce the clutter (of wires) in the cabinet.
Older AMDs (Athlon XPs) had this problem of hanging even in the slightest occasion of heat. But with X2s this problem did not occur. In your case, it has to be heat as it runs for so long continously.

didnt had this problem with my 3000+ 64bit
it ran same as this rig does.....
never hang........ but this rig hangs.....?????

and if its the heat prob......then wot r the necessary steps 2 bn taken....
i already have 2 chasis fans installed.......
no more place 2 install any more chasis fans......
if a cpu cooler does better then which 1 should i get ... budget - 2000

its the ghost.... ......they get activated in ni8 at 12 .....

first reatcion is that its heating problem.....

Check ur pc for viruses and trojans...if ur connected over net then it can be that problem......

run memtest and check ur ram modules...

1. my pc has never been connected 2 net.....
2. i regularly update my a/v with the latest def.. from home....
3. ran memory tests...nothing fishy.....

so i think its the heating......

which cpu cooler is good enough 4 my case.... no oc...just normal usage...
only photoshop full time........ budget:- 3000 max

help needed...
