Default buying a new PC

Hi friends, I'm going to buy a new PC within a few weeks, I wanted to know what DX10 compatible Nvidia cards are available in the market within 6000, that is, if they are available at all. also does buying an 800 MHz ddr memory give any performance boost over 533 MHz ram?

the only one perhaps is the 8500GT which costs 5k and odd . .i've heard abt the 8400GS but i expect it'll be real bad as the 8500GT is quite bad . wats the purpose of the purchase , if its gaming both of them suck ,. better to go for 8600GT which is 7k and odd now but even that sucks(not as much as 8500 though).if u just want vista goodies , some sort of directx10 and purevedioHD , gofor 8500gt . . .
