Question boot problem with BIOS


I have p4 system with asus 845 mainboard. I bought a new 80GB HDD n install it, n I already having a 60GB HDD. I m facing a problem, whenever I switch on my compute it takes me in BIOS n says "set up ur CPU speed",ur system may hang(in red color). I set date n time whenever I login but it shows the wrong time n date.
pls help me if anybody knws the prob.

Maybe your CMOS battery has drained. Change it and try...

yeah just change your battery , it will cost you Rs.8/-

change the cmos battery.it is the best way to rectify ur problem.

Dude everyone here seems to do that...it's a good way of increasing your number of posts....
