Default low voltage problem + 17" lcd with dvi


hi all techies..

i am buying a new machine in next 4-5 days i have decided the config (amd x2 4000+- asus m2avm)..just not sure about two things

1) this machine will run at place where voltage is really big concern , how to save machine from such thing.. i will buy APC 550 VA UPS ..i am planning to buy generic zebronics PSU...wld buying a good PSU will help ? zebronics pure plat 400 W ?

2) 17" lcd with dci port ? any available in india ?

Thanks,
UPS is meant to handle voltage issues. Buy one with at least 600VA and wide range input. For eg. there are models which work even with 140-150V.
Also try to get a higher wattage PSU if possible.
You may find it difficult to get a 17" with DVI but may be possible.
