help with new grafix card

hey guys,iam stayin in the uae and am planning to purchase a new grafix card soon...iam confused over which one..help me out...
geforce 8500GT(256mb) here costs 550dhs(around 6050Rs.)
geforce 8600GT(256mb)costs around 990dhs(around 10890rs.)

but i read in many posts here that xfx 8600GT is available in india for around 7k+taxes..
so wat shud i do?get the 8500 from here or ask som1 2 bring me the 7600 from there?

also can anyone give me a gud site where they have done reviews of both these cards?

these prices r way too high...
my dealer quoted me 8600GT 512 MB @ 8k...
