USB not detacting transand T610

hi friends.
i'm trying to connect my transand T610 in my pc but its not detacting.....but my pen drive is working fine.. i downloaded driver for T610 ver.3.1 and installed ( my transand is ver. 3.0) but still its not detecting... what to do now?

it's not working cuz it's a sony! okay sorry about that, umm, if u go to device manager there is nothing new there not even unknown device? have you went to add new hardware wizard and tried to set it up manually? I remember seeing something simillar on these forums about a sony phone not connecting....

Update to firmwire 3.4 and then try.
3.1 is old.
