Moniter+Pen Tablet

Hello all, i have a budget of 14k and i am interested to buy LCD moniter and a WACOM pen tablet(the one used for animation purpose). Please suggest me as soon as possible cuz i hav hardly one day.

& before posting using search is a better option there are 10s of lcd thread too.
Your budget will get you only the cheapest lcd of 17 inches
10500-LCD
4000- wacom older model

the new ones I am not sure if they are yet available in India or not.

Not exactly. Even at computerwarehousepricelist.com a Viewsonic VA1703WB costs only Rs.8100/- and a 19" one is available for Rs.9150/- and hence your local dealer may be able to give it for even less.

Exactly. But I was unfortunate to have bought my 19" for Rs.17750/-.

Sorry all, i didnt specify that i need a monitor 4 animation purpose,
That should have good picture rendering quality, and have the ability to show true colours. I preferred a LCD screen only for compactness. If LCD is suitable then please suggest a LCD. and what about TFT and CRT. please reply me soon.
