Well, Hard to put these 2 together... LCD + PCIe Card

anyway let me try,

AMD X2 3800 + (1MB L2 New model) @ Rs. 3000 + TAX
ASUS / Biostar / MSI Nvidia 6150 Chiset based board @ Rs. 2700 + TAX
1 GB DDR-II 667 MHz @ Rs. 1900 + TAX
160 GB SATA-II Segate @ Rs. 2050 + TAX
Cabinet + SMPS @ Rs. 1500 + TAX
Keyboard Mouse @ Rs. 500 + TAX
2.1 Spk System @ 900 + TAX
XFX 8600 GT 256 MB @ Rs. 7000 + TAX

So That Makes it all, Rs. 19550 + TAX !!! @ 4% in kolkata so, Rs. 20332, you are left with Rs. 4700 for one LCD, which I am afraid may not be enough for a Good 17"

everything suggested by choto cheeta is fine but u can still save some bucks by getting an 80gb HDD instead of a 160 one(at least for a few days u can live on 80 gb.get a bigger one when u have the moolah later)so that'll save atleast 500-600 bucks.as u said u dont need speakers so thats 900bucks more.then instead of 8600gt get 7600gt as u only want to play latest games at medium to low settings and 7600gt is sufficient for thatits arround 6k nowdays so that makes it 1k more saved....now lets see....500+900+1000+4700=7100..nwo u can add atleast 1k more to that and i am sure u'll be able to get a decent lcd frm samsung or viewsonic in that range....dun remember the models though.someone else help him on this.
happy buying mate

^^^

Not Possible with full PC for Rs. 25k in Intel C2D front but still i give u one, will not be recomended for sure...

E4300/E4400 @ Rs. 5000 + TAX
ASUS P5B-V / VM @ Rs. 7000
1 GB DDR-II 667 MHz @ Rs. 1900 + TAX
160 GB SATA-II Segate @ Rs. 2050 + TAX
Cabinet + SMPS @ Rs. 1500 + TAX
Keyboard Mouse @ Rs. 500 + TAX
2.1 Spk System @ 900 + TAX
UPS Micoret 600 VA @ Rs. 1600 + TAX
17" LG CRT @ Rs. 4100

So, in Kolkata 4 % VAT makes a Total of 25532, now here is some Fact, when buying E4300 (its been called of, as Intel will shift the E4400 in stade of E4400) or E4400 one must OC it over 2.4 or even 2.8 to get a real performance... !!

and X3000 GMA is good but when you compare with Dedicated 8600, it comes no where

Intel Pentium D 3.0 GHz
Intel 945g chipset mbd
1 gb ddr2 ram
160 gb sata 2 hdd
17" LG TFT, though I suggest you go for viewsonic or anything other than LG and samsung (but the budget will increase then.
DVD writer Lite on
and regulars cabinet, keybrd speakers etc.

this will come in about 25k
