my mobo is 845.

bios type : Phoenix-Award BIOS v6.00PG

bios id : 04/19/2005-i845GV-8712F-6A69VB0VC-00

os : vista


please help me with bios upgrade

did you google it, is it a name brand computer, like Dell/HP/Acer? if so try their websites. any particular reason you want to upgrade your BIOS?

Then upgrade it from the respective website.
Now days the companies provide online BIOS & drivers update.
U just have to find the model no. and update all your drivers and BIOS.
