Default How to connect my laptop with my modem without wires?

How to connect my laptop with my modem without wires? I have a laptop and my modem also has function for wireless. I want to connect my laptop to it. What do I need? My laptop's modem is not working, can I still connect to my modem without wires to access internet?

Help needed please.
