Compatibility issues
Is the processor c2d e6320 compatible with
a. Msi p965 neo
b. Intel p965lt
c. gigabyte p965 ds3
d. Asus p5d (or votever that is)
My vendor told methat it is not compatible with the 965p chipset.

I suppose he is wrong !!!
C2D's are working fine with P965, personally I have worked with C2D with P5B Dlx a P965 based board...
so they are all compatible with C2D E seriese, how ever some may have issue with Extreem C2D (the Quad core ones)

C2D's are perfectly compatible with P965 chips :d ... look at my config ..

You cant blame a hardware vendor, if intel it self is confused enough !!!
Intel Support Directs me to use DDR-II in DDR based board !!
