Depends on ur usage .. if u wanna just plug in and forget about things , then AMD all the way . if u really wanna OC the hell out of the CPU , then Intel ... not that AMD' wont oc ,,, but this is just a simple comparison ..

Those supporting AMD 5000+ can u people plz tell me how u all r suggesting that procy and telling that its price is lesser than 6320? No grudges plz just want to know the truth.

I mean dun let the proccy sit idle; so go n extrzct evry juice outta dat C2D proccy n AMD wudn get close enuf...

AMD + AMD mobos're cheaper options as of now... Fer the casual gamers as well.. Intel mobos come @ a premium as always...

Without doubt the E4300.... O'clocks @ 3Ghz really well n ther're ppl who've done it with Intel Retail coolers itself... It'll easily surpass AMDs' till the X2-5000!!!!

But u need a good o'clockin mobo @ 6k... Like D XFX 650i ultra whick helps o'clock better...

Ther's a newer proccy in Intel- E2160...

Frer ur kind info, d Intel E2160 easily o'clocked till 3.6Ghz with Aftmkt coolers and easily overtook the QUAD 6600(If M not mistaken)... Yes D quad proccy...

Depends in simple words.. OC --> Intel
No OC--> AMD...... Btw Oc is not a tough matter so I would go Intel way currently Listen being a fanboy of any brand is not a good thing there are ups and downs every day. So being a fanboy is not good. 1 should buy 1 which is leading And the war btw these giants will give benefit to user as better products at lower cost are available

Task: Take 10 litres of water from Point A to Point B.

Intel: Take 1 litre of water from Point A to Point B. Repeat it 10 times. (Less work, more cycles)

turion also has some issues wit current most laptops having nvidia n vista combo....core2duo is less heat generating n more compatible 2 vista...m facing it
