what do we get with hard-disk ?

I bought seagate baracuda sata 2 7200.9 160 gb hard-disk

I got on sata cable and power connector

I got the news that seagate utilty cd is also packaged but i did not got it .
do we get cd ?

including cd so we get total three items :- power connector,sata cable and cd .:-- right

I Read One's Problem Here That Having Sata 2 Hard-disk But Running On Sata 1 ..

So How Can I Check Mine That It Is Running On Sata 2 Or Sata 1

I didn't got CD with my Seagate 200GB SATA I think they are not providing with HDD.

Just go to BIOS & check boot disk priority.

no cds are provided now a days,

if your mother board supports sata II then your hdd automatically runs as sata II.

Well, if I'm not wrong, CD is provided with the version. But, as most of us buy OEM version we don't get any accompanying CD.
