no idea about mumbai, but i went with a budget of rs 400 to nehru place (delhi's it bazaar) to get myself thermal paste. all i could find was zinc oxide therma l pastes by some local company that was selling for rs10/-. since i had no other option, i applied it. didn't make much of a diff and it erodes very fast too
