@pathiks - i have an ancient comp running on sd-ram. its has 2x128MB ram, of which one is 100MHz and other is 133MHz, and working fine. then why do u say " just make sure that both hav the same frequencies"???

^^the 133mhz ram module will also be running at 100mhz (i also used to run two such modules on my prev comp)

@rahul: as long as frequencies match, they will work just fine. however, don't try to run them in dual channel config. it may cause stability issues

Along with speed, timings matter too. Timings available in the SPD tables should match and work with each other. Or else you will have to go into BIOS and set timings manually.

If thats the case then both the modules will work on 100mhz... so having a 133mhz wont make performance improvement...
