Smile DDR2 motherboard for my PC which one ?
I want a DDR-2 supporting mobo for my LGA775 prescott 2.8HT.i need pciexpress X 16 for my xfx 7300 GT.onboard sound is needed HDA preferred.also the RAM slots numbers to be 4.please help and what will be the cost.not an overclocker.I want a minimal cost one.

Intel D946GSIL- rs. 4500
Intel D965RYCK - rs.5350
Asus P5LD2-VM SE - Rs.4500
