Mobo suggestion needed... Urgent

I need a suggestion from you. I am planning to buy an AMD 5200+ or 5600+. (Or would you suggest me 4800+ instead).. Please suggest me if it is better value for money.

Ok.. My budget is 35-40k. for the whole pc config. Now, I saw that The core 2duo E6300 is 7k+. Is E6400 a better choice than 5200+ or 5600+?

I received my May issue of digit yesterday(little bit late... though..) I have gone through the LCD Monitors shoot out. But I didnt find it much useful. It got me little bit confused. Suggest me a good LCD monitor 17". Tell me the advantages/disadvantages in widescreen ones. How is viewsonic 1703WB? Does AOC look promising? Which one should I go? Please suggest.. budget may vary. as I would be taking the components one by one and not all in a day. but all in a week or so. all I need is a better config in the given specs. apart from price. (I would be happy if price is quoted with the model nos.)

Now, I am just looking for a good motherboard. I am not able to decide. I need it future proof for playing games and for good programming. According to the mobo price and the LCD monitor price, I shall decide on the proccy according to my budget. Suggest the proccy if u have any ideas. Please suggest the accountability of 5200+ and 5600+ over 4800+. How would I be benifitted either way? I read in the forum that 5000+ price is not so justified over 4800+. thats why I took out 5000+.
