Well I've been using a Microsoft Keyboard + Mouse (wireless) since the last 2 1/2 to 3 years ...... no problems .. works great ..... got it back then for 2k ... shd now cost u even lower

As far as gamepad is concerned , go for Logitech RumblePad wireless .....its really nice ... 2.5k for it 1 year back ..... altough after the POP series and NFS i'm finding it hard to play normal FPS games on it ....... know any games which I cn play on it ?

Yeah, i am thinking of buying Wireless aswell. It is 1500 for Logitech Wireless and Microsoft Wireless 700 Series. Rs 1900 is for 1000 series.

Microsoft 700 is not good in looks
Logitech i have heard is not good since batteries drain in less a month
Microsoft 1000 looks good to me. Can you tell me..how long the batteries last and is it good for working 5 metres behind ?

Logitech- BTW don't go for wireless if u wanna seriously game or do some graphic manipulation. for serious gaming try RAZR mice or copperhead
