Guys I've got some investment to shell out..

At present I've the following:
AMD 64 3500+
MSI K8NGM2-FID mobo
Transcend 1GB RAM 400

I'm upgradin the above since I'm also investin an 8800 series gfx...

Suggest me a C2D proccy, a suitable mobo(within 10k), and Ram for 25k...

You can go for E6700, but it will go over your budget of 25k. Anyways, E6420 is a good overclocker, so you can outperform E6700 by ocing it. IMO, E6700 is not worth the money.
