Talking Office PC suggestions

General Office PC needed :
So guys suggest me a nice Office Applications performer!
I have a very tight budget!
So keep it under 10k!
I am not aware of the prices so kindly lemme know sum nice cheap stuff.
Processor, Mobo, 256MB RAM, 40/80GB HDD, CD-ROM, Cabinet, 15"/17"CRT, UPS, Keyboard & mouse
The PC will only be used for Office Applications & Internet Browsing!
I am thinking of a Intel Celeron, compatible mobo with 256MB ram, 40/80gb hdd, a cd rom, 15"/17" CRT , UPS & a cabinet.
Any suggestions in assembling this one & the approx DELHI prices!
Lemme know!

there is no use of buying the stuff you mentioned:
I want that PC for simply office applications like Ms Office!
No need of a decent performer like you mentioned!
And i told you to keep it under 10k!
If i have been buying a PC for myself to be kept at home, i would hav a budget of 40k but in this case it is to be around 10k! (I can buy the UPS out of this budget)
Looking forward for more suggestions!
Edit:
No Speakers & cheap cabinet of 1k will do!

Intel - HT P4- 3.0 GHz 2950
Jetway 865,V,S,L,AGP 2300
512MB-DDR-400 1500
80GB - SATA 2050
Samsung Combo-DVD+CDRW 1125
Zebronics Cabinet 900
Samsung 15" 3800
-----------------------------------------------
Total 14625

I think this is the least decent new PC that you can buy in the Market...

Celeron is a useless piece of Silicon and no sane person would recommend it.

You could save around 1000 Rs. for an AMD Combo...

Go for AMD Sempron Socket 939 based proccy with lowend mobo with VIA chipset, 40/80 GB HDD, 15" Color monitor, 256 MB DDR RAM, CD ROM drive, Intex/Samsung basic keyboard and mouse. May overshoot 10k but will be less than 15k... You can go for Sempron Socket 754 based proccy+Mobo for lower rate, but upgrading will be an issue. Prices at chennai will be as per http://www.deltapage.com/ roughly

That's a very good combo, if it comes for only 3.8k for Proccy+mobo but I wud recommend a 512MB of RAM atleast, considering that there is not much of a price diff b/w 256 and 512
