DVD-RW problem!!!

Hello guys...

M havin a prob with ma Sony DRU-820A DVD burner....

Today twas readin a DVD n sudd got stuck(mayb coz tat dvd'd scratches...)
N then the tray refused to come out wen I pressed the eject butt...
So I manualy ejected it out usng the pin given...
And sudd it popped out with d DVD half spinnin...

And there onwards, copyin a movie DVD( DVD-5) takes 32 mins!!!
While readin also the sound has some blur....

Wat can be done??? Is d lens havin some prob???

It is well within d warranty period... But then I made a mess n now the bill is nowhere to be seen... (But I can get d warranty no prob...) A sticker havin d manufacturing date's pasted on it....

Guys Pls help...

I guess it is a lens prob . as it is in the warranty . go and give it to service centre . I would say dont use it now .

what was the time taken to burn dvd's before that incident ?

ya..... you can also try lens cleaner ?

If it might have the dust on lens ?

Dun've lens cleaner.... Not using now...
It took around 7 mins to burna DVD5 movie...

rush 2 service centre ........... they will solve ur problem ..........

yeah... Jus did... but I've my doubts they'll say tat thing's gone n this thing's gone...

I mite hav to replace... No warranty... Warranty only till Apr 4th...
