My order to "theitwares", the whole story.

On, 16/05/07, I ordered a "Cooler Master ExtremePower 600W", and an "AS5" from www.theitwares.com, and they charged me the following,

SMPS 4150/-
AS5 500/-

I made a payment of 4650/- when the guy said me the things would reach me the next day, on 17/05/08.

(While browsing I found that the same SMPS was available at www.theitdepot.com , for 3585/- shipped, hmm... that's a huge difference in price)

Nevermind, it was my stupidity not to research properly and place an order, but the fact of the matter is, he told I would get the stuff on 17/05/07.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE THING TILL DATE FROM THEM. NOTHING AT ALL, IT'S BEEN 9 DAYS INSTEAD OF ONE.

Hmmm... I thot these guys may be dependable..... Then do check out computerwarehousepricelist.com ok... maybe some diff in dat as well...

I'd bot all my antec fans frm theitdepot.com...

those guys're good... shipped it thru bluedart couriers...

well I thought that too...

but they charged me 150/- for SMPS shipping, and 100/- for "AS5" shipping(AS5 costs 400/- right?), which is 250/- for shipping.

In the end, they send my stuff by GATI Saver, costing them Rs 89/-, what kind of service is this, I made it clear in the begining I needed the stuff urgently, Now I had to spend 3000/- on another SMPS which will be useless to me......

I don't think I've time for all this, I just wanted my stuff in time, they gave me the docket no. and it shows on GATI page, but I'm pissed off at their service.

Just wanted to warn all u guys that dont ever count on their service.
