Default RAM, how much ???


how much min amount of RAM is need 4 ur PC 2 WRITE DVD`s ???


cing many errors on this forum so thought of asking u all .............. 2 avoid
these small error & saving all those DVD`s & data on it 2 ..........


& most FRUSTRATION ............

Depends how much resources are free during DVD burning. I have burned DVD on 128MB....works for me

I think 256+ should be fine with Burners expect Nero 7+ as with Nero 7+ i would suggest to have 512MB RAM to burn DVD

mine lg dvd writer recommends 1 gb ram for burning

and what nero 7+i means

I have 128MB SD133MHz RAM. At what speed should I burn the DVDs?

4x works for me. 11-13min it takes to Write a full DVD

I have 256MB RAM and burn DVDs at 6x with Nero 7.
While burning open no apps and turn screensaver off for some time.
then u will hv no probs in DVD.
The higher the RAM, the faster u can write the DVDs.
6x takes about 9-1minutes to write.
so pretty good.
