Did you clean your cabinet with a vacum cleaner? If not, use a small car vacum cleaner or if you a home one then use it.

BUT BE CAREFUL. DON'T DO IT IN SUCKING MODE. BLOW AIR FROM THE VACUM CLEANER INTO YOUR CABINET. IF ANYTHING HAPPENS, AND YOUR COMP. GOES OFF, DON'T BLAME ME

There is nothing called Intel CPU fan....well technically not because they all use differnt companies fan.Its all about the adjustments over the CPU.U can even use an AMD's CPU fan!
Anyways, few of the Intel CPU uses Cooler Master fans.So the same will cost arount 200-400/- max.If it is higher than this then go for the copper heatsinked fan.
or
U can go for a used fan+HS,get it from any vendor!
