Suggest mobo & video card...

I have decided to assemble the following config-

Processor - Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 Rs 11500
RAM- Kingston 2(1*2) GB DDR 2 667 Mhz Rs 3350
Hard Disk- Seagate Sata II 250 GB Rs 3300
Monitor- Samsung CRT 17" Flat 798MB Rs 5800
Logitech Keyboard And Mouse Rs 1000
Optical Drive- Rs1800

My total budget is 52k out of which I think 25k are left to buy a motherboard and a graphics card.The system will primarily be used for gaming and watching movies.No speakers required.

Also suggest a cool cabinet for around 5-7k.

P5LD2-VM SE is slowly running out of stock with distributors and asus is told
to have stopped manufacturing it. Replacement choice being given is P5L-MX based too in 945G chipset. Do anybody know present prevailing price of same
