Suggets me a best TFT upto Rs. 11800

Hello, friends i want to buy a LCD TFT Monitor. My budget is rs. 11800.
Guys suggets me some best 17 or 19 inch (preferable) tft monitors within my
budget. Also suggets some models which have DVI connectivity.

Note: I have 5200 GFX Card. My card supports a maximum resolution of 2048*1536 @85 Hz according to the manual. But 1440*900 isn't listed on their.

Viewsonic has a TFT tat has DVI i/p fer tat range+some300 bucks....
Dunno d model... Check out their site...

A newer entrant is AOC... Their displays aren't too bad either as Digit has reviewed them dis month....

Get a benq fp92W (19" ws) for Rs.11,500 + vat.

As for the resolution not being listed..............just connect your widescreen LCd and it will automatically detect the 1440*900 resolution.

Samsung 940 BW 19" Widescreen HDCP compatible, 4ms response time, is close to 12000 bucks.....

If you can raise your budget by few hundred. Get your hands on ASUS 19inch Widescreen TFT since it has DVI and very good view angles and very very Good Contrast ratio of 800:1

will text be seen perfectly readable on a 17 inch tft (1280*1024) res with windows default 96 dpi.

Finally bought VG921M 19 inch LCD TFT for Rs.11350 (Not Widescreen)
