Where to find this casing ?

Hi Guys,

My friend brought a new External HDD from US, on close inspection it turned out to be nothing more than the normal Laptop HDD with extenal casing.. (thats what it seems to me )

But the casing makes it look cool ... I've n't seen such casing on offer here so wanted to check with you guys if such casing is available somewhere, nd if yes whats the price ???

That is a Western Digital external hard drive. Those are easily available in the market, but a little costlier.

^^^ As in the whole package (HDD + Casing) or just the casing ??

I have the Laptop HDD just need the casing ... btw whats the cost of the complete package and if available just the casing ?

Well the WD casing is not available for sale separately. You can check out the Transcend or the Vantec Nexstar casing. But it does have the looks! Vantec Nexstar should be around 1k and the better looking Nexstar3 for 1.5k
