yes... there is difference..
to know about 65nm check this... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/65_nanometer and about the price.. there is definetely diff in it.. i bought P4 3.0GHz procy for Rs.8700/- with 65nm.. at that time the price of 90nm was Rs.8000/- (june 2006)

more or less the same... but insist on 65nm when buying... seller often sell 90nm procy's

Well .. lets summarize (short one
) :65 nm : (i) much newer (ii) consumes less power , so less heat generated (iii) smaller in size (literally) (iv) lower manufacturing cost 90 nm : All the inverse of the above Hope that helps .. |

^^ I think it was. I mean I faintly remember all procs below the x2 5000+ were of 65nm arch.
AMD was to launch other higher (5200;5600;6000 etc. etc. etc.) variants of x2 this year in the 65nm version.

^^^Sorry to say this dude,but all those belong to BRISBANE core are 65nm....AFAIK.
